 At WhimHold, we stand behind the quality of our products. That’s why we offer a 365-day return and exchange policy from the date you receive your order. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange it, no questions asked.

 

Returns

 To initiate a return, simply contact our Customer Support Team at hello@whimhold.com. We’ll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your product back to us. Once we receive your returned item, we’ll process your refund within 5-7 business days.

 

Exchanges

 Need a different color or style? No problem! Exchanges are easy and free within the 365-day window. Just reach out to our team, and we’ll get the process started for you. You’ll be able to swap your item for any available product in our store.

 

Conditions for Returns & Exchanges

 To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in its original condition and in the original packaging. Please note that any items returned to us that do not meet these criteria may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

 

Return Shipping

 We offer free return shipping for UK and USA orders. For international returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

 

Refunds

 Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. If your order was a gift, the refund will be processed as store credit. Please allow up to 10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.
