30-Day Return Policy

 

We want you to be fully satisfied with your WhimHold Passport Wallet. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

Return Conditions

Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in original packaging. Returns that don’t meet these criteria may be refused.

 

How to Return

To start a return, email hello@whimhold.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, you’ll receive instructions on how to send your item back.

Please note: All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

 

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return your original order and place a new one separately.
